The Centre for the Analysis of South African Social Policy (CASASP) in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work (DSPSW) at the University of Oxford aims to assist in the eradication of poverty and building of citizenship in South Africa through high quality evidence-based social policy research and training with an international comparative dimension. CASASP endeavours to achieve this mission in partnership with the South African Government, academic institutions, and non-government agencies who share our approach.

The African Child Policy Forum was established to provide a forum for dialogue and a voice for children and child-rights advocates. The Forum envisages to contribute to the improved knowledge of problems facing African children, to strengthen the capacity of non-governmental organisations and to assist governments and non-governmental organisations to develop and implement effective pro-child policies and programmes.
